Rough Draft TX was founded in 2016 under Down South Word of Mouth.

 

While our classes had to change from in-person to digital and workbooks during Covid, we remained a way for incarcerated individuals find value in their voices.

Projects

Rough Draft has several projects that serve Travis County, Hays County, Tarrant County, and others.

Donate

Your donation helps to provide storytelling classes for participating groups. Classes enable participants to write, share, and connect to one another. Donations allow participants to feel valued as well as reconnect to their community.
